Anti-static clothing is made of special anti-static cleaning fabrics. The fabric is made of special polyester filaments and conductive fibers woven in the warp or weft direction. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, permanent antistatic, dustproof, thin and smooth.
In the process of making garments, special sewing machines are used to effectively reduce the generation of particles. Dust-free tape avoids environmental pollution caused by lint falling off. According to the requirements of the grade, different styles are provided, and conductive fibers are sewn to maintain the electrical continuity of each part of the garment; the sleeves and trouser legs are a special double-layer structure, and the inner layer adopts conductive or anti-static ribs to meet the requirements of high-grade dust-free environments.
Scope of use:
Suitable for microelectronics, optoelectronics, solar energy, medicine, bioengineering, food, cosmetics, petrochemicals, military, and other industries that are sensitive to electrostatic dust and require high cleanliness.
Note: Can be customized with 5mm stripes, 5mm mesh, 2.5mm mesh materials, weaving techniques, and other specifications can also be customized.
Color: white, blue, red, yellow, green, pink, etc.
use fabric
Using stainless steel fibers, secondary conductor fibers, antistatic synthetic fibers, and polyester-cotton blended or blended fabrics, automatic corona discharge or leakage discharge can eliminate static electricity from clothing and the human body.
Besides clothing, they can also be used to make anti-static hats, socks, shoes, etc. In China, the performance index conforms to the GB12014-89 standard: the charge density of the cloth is less than 5μC.
Environmental requirements
The relative humidity is less than 30%, and the charging capacity of pure cotton clothing is lower than that of chemical fiber clothing. Wear anti-static clothing made of sub-conductor materials in high-voltage workplaces; do not take off clothes inflammable and explosive places; Do not wear any accessories or metal objects on the anti-static clothing; when wearing anti-static clothing, you should also wear the anti-static clothing specified in GB4385. Including but not limited to static shoes, anti-static caps, anti-static gloves.
Do's and Don'ts
1. Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixtures continue to appear or frequently exist in a short or long time, and the explosive gas mixtures are likely to continue to burn when the minimum ignition energy of combustibles is lower than 0.25 mm, it should be Wear anti-static clothing. Appear.
2. Do not put on or take off inflammable and explosive places.
3. Do not wear any accessories or metal objects with anti-static clothing.
4. When wearing anti-static clothes, you should also wear anti-static shoes. At the same time, the ground should be an anti-static floor, and it should also have a grounding system.
5. Anti-static clothing should be neat and confirmed to have an anti-static function. After use, it should be cleaned with a soft brush or a soft cloth dipped in a neutral detergent without damaging the fabric.
6. Anti-static work clothes should be cleaned with a neutral detergent. When washing, do not mix with other clothes. A hand or washing machine soft cycle should be used to prevent the conductive fibers from breaking.
7. After wearing for a period of time, the anti-static clothing should be tested. If the electrostatic performance does not meet the requirements, it can no longer be used as anti-static clothing.
8. Do not put on or take off electrostatic clothing in places where there is a danger of fire and explosion.
9. Do not connect or wear metal objects with anti-static clothing in places with the danger of fire and explosion.
10. The outer garment should completely cover the underwear. The split coat should cover the waist of the belt.
11. When wearing anti-static clothing in fire and explosion hazard places, you should also wear anti-static shoes specified by relevant national standards.
12. Anti-static clothes should be kept clean and anti-static. After use, brush with a soft brush or a soft cloth moistened with a mild detergent to ensure that the cloth fibers are not damaged.
maintenance:
Packaging and Storage
During transportation, it should be noted that the anti-static work clothes must be covered with a cover, and the packaging must not be damaged to prevent exposure to sunlight and high temperatures. It is strictly forbidden to drag with a hook during transportation. Anti-static work clothes should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent mold and rot. During storage, the distance from the ground and walls should be 200mm, and the distance from all heated items should be 1m. Direct sunlight should be avoided, and outdoor placement is prohibited. Appropriate moth-proof measures should be taken when packaging and storing wool knitted antistatic clothing.
save:
Anti-static work clothes should be cleaned with a neutral detergent. Do not mix with other clothing. Hand wash or washing machine soft wash procedure should be used to avoid damaging the conductive fibers. Washing water temperature should be lower than 40 degrees Celsius and rinse at room temperature. The wash time is as short as possible, but it must be rinsed well to remove residual detergent. Antistatic workwear with flame retardant and oil repellency properties must not be used with bleach or organic solvents for decontamination.
