FORMATION OF CONDUCTIVE FABRICS

1

Conductive masterbatch

Carbon black particles dispersed in the chips to form high concentration Conductive masterbatch

2

Two-component melt spinning

Carbon Bi-component conductive fibers are produced by melt spinning

3

Blended or blended silk

Ply the conductive filament with other yarn Blending the conductive short fibers or tops with other fibers

4

Anti-static fabric

Adding 1-3%conductive fibers in weaving process to make the fabric

ADVANTAGES OF CARBON CONDUCTIVE FIBERS

page-44-93 Permanent dust-proof and antistatic

page-44-93

Resistant to friction and bending

Resistant to more than 100 washes

The temperature resistance is 215℃

The fiber adopts conductive carbon powder imported from Japan. It has low resistance, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance and no shedding. The carbon black particles are uniformly attached to the inner or surface of the fiber by the two-component composite melt spinning process, which can make the carbon black particles have permanent conductivity function, washing resistance and attenuation resistance, and can pass various anti-static tests all over the world.
