Generally, the conductive yarn is made up of the same yarn of the conductive yarn and the ground tissue. According to the conventional twisting process, when the single yarn is processed into a strand, it is ruthenium. Since the yarn combined with the conductive yarn is twist, the conductive yarn should be twist. When the fabric produced by this process is washed and the point-to-point resistance of the fabric is tested, some of the test values may be too large or even unqualified. After analysis, it is found that in the process of twisting and twisting, the ordinary yarn will be untwisted, and the conductive yarn will be wrapped by the fiber of ordinary yarn. When the point-to-point resistance is measured, the two electrodes are not easy to contact the conductive wire, so that the fabric is made. The point-to-point resistance is too large or does not meet the standard requirements. Therefore, the twisting direction has a large influence on the antistatic property of the conductive yarn. If the twist direction of the conductive yarn is changed to smooth, the ordinary yarn is also twisted during the twisting process. Since the twist of the ordinary yarn is much larger than the twist of the conductive yarn, the conductive yarn is easily exposed to the outside of the ordinary yarn. There are relatively more conductive filament nodes on the surface of the fabric, and there are more opportunities for the conductive filaments to contact the measuring electrodes during measurement, which makes the point-to-point resistance of the fabric significantly improved.
