Principle

The conductive fibers can quickly leak and disperse the generated static electricity, effectively preventing local accumulation of static electricity. The conductive fiber also has a corona discharge capability and can discharge static electricity to the atmosphere. Corona discharge is a discharge phenomenon that occurs when the radius of curvature of the electrode surface is small, the electric field in the discharge space is not uniform, and the electric field near the surface of the electrode is relatively strong under atmospheric pressure or above atmospheric pressure. There is a luminescent corona layer near the electrode, and the electric field in the layer is strong, producing strong ionization and excitation. This corona discharge is a very weak discharge phenomenon that does not pose a danger. Therefore, in the case where the conductive fiber is not grounded, the static electricity can be removed by a corona discharge method. If the conductive fiber product is in contact with the earth, the static electricity is also leaked into the earth by the conductive method while the corona discharge is being performed, and the charged amount is smaller.
