Carbon black conductive fiber
The use of the electrical properties of carbon black to make conductive fibers is an older and more common method. The method can be divided into the following three types:1. a doping method; the carbon black is mixed with a fiber-forming substance and then spun, and the carbon black forms a continuous phase structure in the fiber to impart electrical conductivity to the fiber. This method generally uses a sheath-core composite spinning method, which does not affect the original physical properties of the fiber, and makes the fiber conductive. 2. coating method; coating method is to apply carbon black on the surface of ordinary fibers. The coating method may use an adhesive to bond the carbon black to the surface of the fiber, or directly soften the surface of the fiber and bond it to the carbon black. The disadvantage of this method is that the carbon black is easy to fall off and the hand feel is not good, and the carbon black is not easily distributed uniformly on the fiber surface. 3. fiber carbonization; some fibers, such as polyacrylonitrile fiber, cellulose fiber, asphalt fiber, etc., after carbonization, the main chain of the fiber is mainly carbon atoms, so that the fiber has electrical conductivity.
